There is a temperature adjustment and 1-60 minute run timer. When a cycle is complete the timer rings a bell and also shuts the machine off. It takes less than 10 minutes to get the temperature up to 250F+ degrees. The door is sealing properly and there are no leaks.

Has a large chamber 14' deep x 8' diameter and comes with a rack and two trays. Super easy to operate with instructions permanantly attached to the front of the machine. There is a lever that is used to fill and vent the chamber at the beginning and end of a cycle.

There is a red indicator light that glows when the heating element is on and a white indicator light when temperature is reached. This is a nice little autoclave and should last forever. I did a websearch and replacement parts are readily available. I removed the cover and inspected all fittings, electrical connections and internal components.
